General terms and conditions

• Minimum age 21 years.
• Minimum 2 years of driving license.
• Mandatory identification - ID card or passport.
• The minimum rental duration is 1 day (24 hours).
• The time of vehicle collection and return must be the same. We allow a 60 minute delay tolerance.
• After the 60-minute tolerance period, Rent a Car Rent a Drive reserves the right to charge an additional rental day.

Collection and return of the vehicle

• The vehicle can be collected and returned at one of our branches, and delivery or return outside the branch (hotel, home address, etc.) is also possible.
• Additionally, the vehicle can be picked up and returned outside of business hours.

Deposit

• The client is obliged to leave a deposit in the amount from €200 to €500, depending on the vehicle category.
• If the vehicle is found to have new damage upon return, the deposit will be retained in the amount for which the client is responsible, as stated in the rental agreement.

Payment methods

• Vehicle rental is paid at pick-up in cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Dinars, Amex), or bank transfer (for legal entities).

• The client is obliged to pay all traffic/parking fines incurred during the rental period.

Roadside assistance

• If you decide to rent a vehicle from our fleet, you will have 24/7 support during the rental in the European territory.
